About the Event
Your Yoga is celebrating 10 years of business! I first began teaching in 2015 at this studio in Bozeman, MT. As a way to celebrate she has asked her previous teachers to come back for the month of February.
This particular Hatha class lands right on the Full Moon in Virgo. We will explore the physical body, create space through movement + breath, and ground into the present moment.
