New Moon Yin Yoga Class (on Zoom)

Your Yoga is celebrating 10 years of business! I first began teaching in 2015 at this studio in Bozeman, MT. As a way to celebrate she has asked her previous teachers to come back for the month of February.

This particular Yin Yoga class lands right on the New Moon in Aquarius. We will be moving into the subtle body by using the passive techniques of Yin Yoga.
