INNER FALL

Pre-Menstrual, Luteal Phase

Time to take it inward again. Energy can still be high during the first fews after ovulation. Then you may notice gradually decrease, to pay attention and tune in to what is showing up for you! The natural feminine energy asks you to remain in the passive observer and bring awareness to changing moods. Add some extra time into your meditations for grounded clarity. It is said your Inner Critic comes out here to show you where you may be out of alignment with your soul's path, listen. If she is not very gentle in delivering information, take it easy. The more you align with your soul, the easier she becomes.

Enjoy these videos during Inner Fall, as hormones fluctuate. Think of beginning the winding down process before Inner Winter and use this time to compost the out dated energy, so you can build fresh for the next moon cycle.

Guide to Inner
Fall 101

Time to tune inwardly. You focused your energy on big projects and dreams during Inner Summer, and now it's time to sit back and receive the fruits of your labor. Harvest what you need to from this moon cycle, and compost the rest. Wind down and begin to relax. Honor your changing moods and energy, as part of the whole process.

Food Cycle Sync

Time to get B Vitamins and Magnesium to help stabilize hormones and balance cravings. This is a good time to eat warm foods and enjoy soups, broths and stews. Think hearty and dense complex carbs and high fat foods. Cacao and low sugar chocolate can help to bring in good moods.

Feminine Goes Inward

There are two main energy realms of the cycle, feminine (inward) and masculine (outward). Time to turn inside and honor the shifts taking place. Stay home, clean and organize things that have gotten out of hand during busy Inner Summer, read a book and enjoy nature! Bring in more meditation and breath work to ease the Inner Critic and fins stability.
