Gradually you R I S E out of your winter slumber and prepare for more energy.  Your body is preparing follicles to send out for maturation. As you build towards ovulation, energy of the cycle is shifting from internal to more external. This is a good time to bring in a Yoga flow.

It's time to bud and flower yourself open. Gradually allow your energy to increase, no need to rush into anything right away. Think about sustainability for the rest of your cycle. If you go all-in now, you could be drained by Inner Fall + Inner Winter could bring more cramps and irritability.

Eating lightly cooked foods and foods with high fats with good sources of folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Vitamin E to nourish the follicles and cycle. Protein building foods are recommended. Nuts and berries, fruit and avocados!

Masculine Rising

There are two main energies of the cycle, masculine (outward) and feminine (inward). Your natural cyclical energy is rising now, meaning the cycle is more masculine in nature. Outward energy is your focus and you are ready to spring forward. Remember to pace yourself with commitments and tasks. Say Y E S  to your goals, yourself and to social events.
