New Moon in Aquarius 🌑

WELCOME to the Aquarian New Moon! 🌑

Aquarian energy is known as the water bearer, yet it is an Air sign. Why? First, Air signs are communicators, sharers of information and ideas that contribute to the whole of humanity. There are a few viewpoints here - sharing information used to take place at the local well, while the community fetched their water. The other way to see this energy is the Temperance card in the Major Arcana of the Tarot. Here, you see a maiden performing a mysitcal rite, while standing in the river she pours water from her small vase into a larger vase. The river symobolizes the whole of humanity, the vases symbolize a pouring of oneself into the larger role - community. Thus so much information and wisdom is being shared and why the water bearer of Aquarius is an Air sign to share! 

Aquarian energy involves all of humanity and in particular our specific role within it. When we fall under the New Moon in Aquarius we are asked to think bigger than ourselves. Here are some questions you can journal with before our ceremony:

🌑What are my unique gifts at this time on Earth? 

🌑How do I support myself in expanding these gifts, so I can be in service to humanity?

🌑Do I currently support my community? Through buying from small businesses, emotional support, being of service through my own business?

🌑How is my impact meaningful for myself and others? Can I refine these gifts? 

🌑What dreams do I desire to see in the world? Living in harmony, permaculture, tending to the land, etc?
